Have I ever mentioned how much fun it is to play with photos and digitally alter them? Today's image is a compilation of an image that Kim gave us to play with in Beyond Beyond (the chairs sit outside the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs) and a photo of me when I was a little girl. I've never been to California, but a girl can play!

ReplyDeleteA financially efficient way to travel.
ReplyDeleteI seem to have mastered time travel too. LOL But alas, it does seem to be missing something in the experiential realm.
Deleteha, ha! Love this, so creative!

DeleteVery interesting indeed. Admit, that I do have no knowledge of alike work at all.

DeleteFabulous! I love it. And you are darling! Great job.
ReplyDeleteThanks Janel. You've got to love those cute, messy little braids...my camping look!
DeleteWow...now that is so cool. I wish I knew how to do that? Do you teach?
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan. No, I don't teach but if you have Photoshop Elements (I have version 11), play around with the Magic Wand tool. That's how I figured out how to isolate my 'little self' from the background of the old image and then I put it on top of the new image. I bet if you Googled it you'd find some tutorials on Youtube or somewhere. Remember to make a duplicate copy of your image (File-duplicate) before you start so that you don't ruin the original. Have fun playing.
DeleteGreat compositing, Linda! Fun image!
