Exciting News...

I'm excited to announce that "My Year Unravelled" has been accepted into the 6th ANNUAL OPEN JURIED SHOW at Beaux-Arts Brampton.

The show, which runs from April 9th to May 4th, will consist of work in any two or 3 dimensional media with the exception of photography (for which they have a separate show in May).  For more information about show times or other participating artist, click on the image below.

      Thanks Char. It was recently hung in the civic centre for the grand reopening and I got a lot of wonderfully positive feedback about it.

I wish I could see this up close and in real life - I saw the individual pictures - it is just so brilliant.     How exciting, Linda! Congratulations:) What did you use as a medium for this artwork? Can't tell from the pic if it's fibre or somthing else...

      Thanks Jesh. Actually they are tiny glass beads, each one individually sewn on by hand. There are a few larger beads and charms too, but I can't even imagine how many tiny beads there are. The entire piece is 24" x 18" (61cm x 46cm)
