"O" What An Interesting Tree...

The other day, while walking along Reynolds St. in Oakville, this tree caught my eye.

Okay, here's what it looked like before I started playing in Photoshop Elements. LOL.  All of a sudden that funny "O" makes sense.  I'm glad they found a way to make it work without cutting down the tree!

  2. I really like that picture. It is like a tree window.

    1. Thanks. It looks strange without them as 'explanation' of the strange pruning.

    1. Yes, absolutely. I've seen some that were not done well, so this was a very refreshing sight!

  10. O! Isn't it wonderful to be able to remove wires at the touch of a button. This would be great in Eugene Oregon (near where we live in the summer) because of course the big O is seen all over as the symbol for the University teams.

  11. How nice someone took the effort to do that. Our trees here have been cut right down the middle and look terrible.

  12. Wonderful. I have always wondered why they plant trees under the wires. Tree grow. But it makes it interesting with some of the shapes the tree trimming people make. Great shot.
